Shipping

Currently we ship to customers in Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, France, and Belgium. We are continuing to expand into Europe.

If your country isn't currently listed as an available shipping destination, but you are still interested in ordering with us please contact us at hello@thelockbox.ch for a custom-tailored solution.

For all orders, shipping is express. To Switzerland and Liechtenstein shipping is through Die Post and usually takes 1-3 days. For orders to Netherlands shipping is through PostNL and normally takes 3-5 days.

Order Information

At The Lock Box we are primarily a direct-to-consumer brand. If you are interested in partnering with us to distribute our products, please email us the details at hello@thelockbox.ch and we will get in touch.

Once you've found your product(s), select the quantity and any customization options, then click the "Add to Cart" button. When you're ready to purchase, go to your cart and click "Checkout" to proceed.

You can pay for your order in one of two ways:

  1. You can choose to pay via credit card - we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through Shopify's secure payment gateway.
  2. If you are a business you can also pay through an invoice to your company. To do this through the checkout select the 'direct invoice' option. We will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm your order and send you through your our payment terms (30 days after order)

If you require a quote before proceeding with your purchase, take a screenshot of your cart and email us at hello@thelockbox.ch. We will get back to you in 24 hours with a formalised quote.

Yes, once you complete your order through the online store, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided.

Returns

Certainly, you are allowed to cancel your order at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations for items that have not yet been dispatched are free of charge.
  • Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped but before delivery, please contact us at hello@thelockbox.ch. It is likely that you will have to send the item back to us. To do this, you'll need a return authorization. Please wait for this authorization before returning any items, as it will provide necessary instructions.

If you're not satisfied with your order or wish to return an item you can do so within 14 days from your order arriving. To organize a return of item(s) please contact us at hello@thelockbox.ch. Note the cost of returning items is not included in the purchase price.

Every product at The Lock Box has been designed with best in class quality and safety in mind. Our products are in use in demanding environments such as oil and gas, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

LOTO products should be inspected regularly as part of a companies ongoing routine maintenance. Replacement of equipment should be per company guidelines.

Yes, customization options such as key and lock body numbering are available! Selection of these options is possible on individual product pages

At The Lock Box we stand behind our products and offer a 2-year warranty for products that may necessitate a replacement. This warranty begins on the date of the original purchase and is exclusively available to the initial buyer of the product.
