The Electrical Lockout Kit is the electrical starter set; the Valve & Electrical Lockout Kit adds valve devices for mixed sites.

A personal kit travels with one electrician or fitter: their own padlocks, a hasp, tags and the two or three devices they use daily, in a pouch like the lockout tagout bag. A site kit stays at the plant, holds devices for every energy source and feeds a lockout station. Most sites need both: personal kits for the people, a site kit for the rarer devices.
